6. December 16, 2011–December 17, 2011 — Tropical Storm Sendong crosses Mindanao. Local history. Sendong brought catastrophic flooding to northern Mindanao, including Iligan and Cagayan de Oro. The evacuation-center monitoring work followed this event. Saved source
